The holiday homes are available on the day of arrival from 14:00 unless otherwise agreed. On the day of departure the holiday home must be vacated by 11:00. Lübker Square can be used on both the arrival and departure days.
PaymentLübker Golf Resort® will forward your booking confirmation, invoice and payment conditions. 50% of the invoice must be paid within 10 days of receipt of booking confirmation. The outstanding amount must be paid 30 days prior to the arrival date. Short-term bookings (less than 30 days prior to arrival) 100% of the invoice cost must be paid immediately.
CancellationThe renter can cancel prior to the arrival date. Cancellation must be in writing or by e-mail to Lübker Golf Resort®. The cancellation is only valid once it has been received by Lübker Golf Resort®. The following conditions apply to cancellations: Between booking and 31 days prior to the start of the lease requires payment of euro 70. 30 days prior to and until the start of the lease or later requires 100% of the payment.
Renter arrival and departure to and from the houseIt is the responsibility of the renter and guests to treat the holiday home and surrounding areas with courtesy and ensure that there is no damage. The tenant is also responsible for ensuring that they and any guests do not create disturbances that could cause the annoyance of other guests at Lübker Golf Resort®. The renter must comply to the terms of the lease including arrival and departure times and ensure the accommodation is left in the same condition as on arrival. You may not accommodate more people in the holiday home than is stated on your booking confirmation. Resort signage and staff instructions must be respected.
The renter is responsible to the owner for any damage done to the property and or equipment which has been caused by the tenant or guests. Reception must be contacted immediately in the event that there is damage to the property and or equipment.
Electricity, water, heating, telephone and internet costs will be paid upon departure. Total consumption is calculated automatically by the Reception.
