The buyer can choose the location of the holiday home or golf apartment. All utility taxes are included in the purchase cost.

The buyer can also choose a vacant, fully developed building plot, where you can build your own golf home. The buyers of building plots are responsible for the payment of utility taxes.

Buying a building plot means that you buy the land, equal to the size of the foundation of house, while common areas are jointly owned by all the house and apartment owners through the residents organisation.

The buyer acquires the right to purchase a number of shares in Lübker Golf A/S.

The holiday homes are not for year round residence.
