The buyer can choose a vacant, fully developed building plot, where you can build your own golf home. The buyers of building plots are responsible for the payment of utility taxes.

Buying a building plot means that you buy the land, equal to the size of the foundation of house, while common areas are jointly owned by all the house and apartment owners through the residents organisation.

The holiday homes are not for year round residence.
