Terms & Guidelines for Fitness Membership
Below you will find the terms and conditions applicable to the creation/cancellation, as well as the usage and payment rules for a fitness membership at Lübker Square.
All memberships are personal and may not be used by others.
Changes in personal data – e.g. name, address, phone number, or email – must be reported immediately to Lübker Golf Resort.

A registration fee of DKK 200 is charged upon enrollment.
The membership becomes active once payment has been processed and runs on a monthly basis.
Memberships are renewed automatically. If you wish to cancel, written notice must be sent by email to wellness@lubker.com no later than the end of the current month plus one month before the desired termination date. The cancellation only takes effect once you have received confirmation from Lübker Golf Resort.
Membership cannot be cancelled during a suspension period.
If payment is not received before the next membership period begins, your access card will be blocked.
The membership card must be registered on the check-in screen upon each visit before using the facilities.
If the membership card is lost, this must be reported to Lübker Square, where a replacement card will be issued against a fee.
Membership may be suspended upon request for a fee of DKK 50.
The minimum age for a fitness membership is 15 years.
Code of Conduct at Lübker Square
All members are expected to display good and respectful behavior while on the premises.
Disrespectful behavior, misuse of equipment or guest cards, or violations of rules may result in immediate termination of membership.
All activities at Lübker Square are at your own risk.
Children under 15 years of age are not permitted to use the fitness area.
Lübker Square cannot be held responsible for theft and/or injuries sustained within or outside its facilities.
If there is suspicion of illegal use of performance-enhancing substances (e.g. doping), the member(s) in question will be immediately expelled without a refund of membership fees.
Smoking is prohibited throughout Lübker Square.
By signing this agreement, the member confirms that they have read and understood both the membership terms and the code of conduct for use of the facilities.
