Greenfee (Golfbox) 

When booking, you pay the green fee according to the standard rates listed on our website here.
If you need to make any changes to your booking, please contact golf@lubker.com.

The green fee is paid at the time of booking and can be settled by credit card or MobilePay.

If you wish to cancel your booking, please contact the Front Office at +45 38408050 or golf@lubker.com no later than 2 hours before your tee time.

Please note that in the event of weather-related interruptions such as rain, sleet, or thunderstorms, the green fee will generally not be refunded.

The 14-day right of withdrawal is void once play on the course has commenced.

ProPlanner 

CANCELLATIONS:

  • Cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours before the scheduled time – otherwise, the booked session will be forfeited.
  • If we cancel, your session will of course not be lost, and a new time will be arranged together.

 

PAYMENT:

  • Payment must be made before the start of the training program.
  • A program officially begins after payment has been received.
  • All training sessions must be used within the active period of the program; otherwise, they will be forfeited.

 

REFUNDS:

  • If a session or training is cancelled, please contact golf@lubker.com for a refund.
  • If a client chooses to discontinue a program before its completion, no refund will be issued.

 

PROGRAM DETAILS:

  • Personal training sessions last 30–60 minutes and take place at Lübker Golf Club’s training facilities.
  • All training plans are confidential and may not be shared.
  • Clients are welcome to contact their trainer at any time of day with questions, and we will do our best to respond as quickly as possible.

 

INJURIES / MEDICAL CONDITIONS:

  • Clients are required to inform the trainer of any previous injuries, medical conditions, or relevant operations.
  • All training is carried out at the client’s own risk.

Lübker Indoor Golf

Open from October 1st to April 30th from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. 7 days a week. 

BOOKING

  • The simulators can be used by LGK members, green fee guests, or members from other clubs.
  • Booking must be made in advance.
  • Payment is completed during the booking process.
  • After booking, you will receive an email with a receipt and a 4-digit code to unlock the door.
  • A maximum of 3 consecutive hours can be booked.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the booked time; otherwise, the booking will be forfeited.

ARRIVAL

  • Always arrive at least 5 minutes before your booked time.
  • The assigned lock code received in your booking confirmation is valid 15 minutes before the start time and 15 minutes after the end of your session.
  • A maximum of 4 players per simulator is allowed.
  • It is only permitted to play during the paid booking time. Any violation may result in expulsion and suspension.

EQUIPMENT AND BALLS

  • Please clean equipment and shoes before using the indoor area.
  • Only new, completely clean balls without markings (such as pen or similar) may be used.

HOUSE RULES

  • Be considerate of others in the building.
  • Ensure the indoor area is left on time, tidy, and in good condition for the next users.
