CANCALATION POLICY - SPA ENTERANCE & TREATMENTS 

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled arrival time will be fully refunded.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled arrival time, or in case of no-show, are non-refundable.

Please note: Events such as private spa bookings, group arrangements, and bachelor(ette)s are subject to separate cancellation policies (See below).

 

GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • The minimum age for admission to Lübker Spa is 15 years. On Family Spa days, the minimum age is 5 years. Lübker reserves the right to request valid ID.
  • Use of the spa and bathing facilities is at your own risk.
  • A standard admission ticket includes access to both spa and fitness facilities for up to 3 hours (including changing time). Your spa entry also includes the rental of a robe and towel. An additional towel may be rented for DKK 25, and slippers can be purchased for DKK 30 – though you are welcome to bring your own slippers or bathing sandals.

 

 

RULES & REGULATIONS

Violation of these rules may, in serious cases, result in removal from the spa.

  • For reasons of hygiene, both hair and body must be thoroughly washed, and makeup removed, before entering the spa facilities.
  • Personal products are not permitted in the spa. At reception, you will find a curated selection of self-care products, and our staff will gladly advise you on how to use them.
  • Clean swimwear must be worn at all times.
  • The spa area must be enjoyed in a calm and considerate manner so that all guests can experience a relaxing atmosphere. Please keep voices low and avoid running, splashing, or any disruptive behavior.
  • Certain areas, such as the treatment lounge and relaxation chairs, are designated quiet zones where extra care and respect are required.
  • Towels, robes, and similar items must be hung on the provided hooks.
  • Bags and larger items are not permitted in the spa area. If needed, small baskets can be borrowed at reception.
  • Outside food and beverages are not allowed.
  • The entire spa area is smoke-free – this includes the rooftop wilderness baths, the rooftop area in general, and the terrace outside Lübker Lounge.
  • Mobile phones may be brought at your own risk and must always remain on silent mode. Should you need to take a call, please do so in the changing area – though we strongly recommend leaving your phone in the locker.

Discreet mobile photography is permitted, but under no circumstances may photos be taken of other guests without their consent.

 

 

CANCALATION POLICY - EVENTS, PRIVATE SPA, PARTIES AND BACHOLR(ETTE)S

Some events can have special terms which would always be stated at booking. 

  • At certain events, private spa, parties (groups of more than 8 people), as welle as bachelor(ette)s must the full amount be paid at booking.
  • Cancallation of the whole event must happen 6 calenderdays prior to the schedulked date for a 100% refund. 
  • For cancellations made later than 6 calendar days before arrival, Lübker reserves the right to retain 100% of the payment.
  • For bachelor(ette)s, the bride (or groom) receives free admission when there are at least 6 participants. With 10 or more participants, an additional 10% discount is applied to the admission price. If the number of guests falls below these thresholds, the free admission and/or discount will no longer apply.

 

 

SPECIAL DISCOUNTED ENTREANCE TYPES 

For timelimited periods does Lübker offer special discounted entrance types or tailor-made events. These may be subject to specific conditions, such as only available for online booking, non-refundable, limited availability, other special restrictions. By purchasing these admission types/packages online, you acknowledge and accept that the service constitutes a “time-specific leisure activity pursuant to the Danish Consumer Agreement Act, Section 18, subsection 2, no. 12”, and that the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply. For a small fee, admission tickets for such events can, however, be transferred to another name.
